12/23/2015InspectionPlease paint the small section of the wall that was repaired in the kitchen. The walls and ceiling in the room where the ice machine is located have been painted. Black Hawk brand 4' X 6' rubber mats have been installed in the walk-in cooler. Discussed cooling, provided a cooling log and asked the owner to complete the log at least once a month for a food item that is cooled for later use. Food temperatures measured: sliced tomatoes = 42 F, steak = 40 F, roasted peppers = 36 F, clam chowder = 172 F. The ANSUL Fire suppression system has not been inspected since 2013.

The contract must be submitted to our office for our records. All items an due dates listed on the signed stipulation agreement were reviewed with the items discussed as not being completed noted in the inspection report as such. Please complete by the listed due dates within the report with proof submitted to our office. Two full time food service workers, one from each shift, must complete a food sanitation and safety course, such as serve safe, with proof sent to our office. The class must be completed by December 1, 2014.
