Please clean and sanitize soda machine nozzles by washing, rinsing and sanitizing (ensure proper concentration). 2) Please ensure that 3 compartment sink is unobstructed and available for use for washing, rinsing and sanitizing.
- Please ensure that there is an air gap between the ice machine drain pipe and the floor drain. The air gap should measure twice the diameter of the drain pipe. Please thoroughly clean drain pipe and floor drain.
- 1) Soda machine nozzles and frosty nozzles have syrup build-up. Please wash, rinse and sanitize nozzles. 2) Ice machine has substantial mold on interior surfaces. Please clean and sanitize ice machine thoroughly.
