- Observed employee constructing burger without gloves. Manager stated they used to have a policy that allowed bare hand contact after implementing two safeguards. Now, they require gloves. Employee was wearing gloves after approaching manager from walk-in cooler. Check and ensure ALL employees working with food that is ready to eat are wearing gloves.
