- Unlabeled pink chemical spray bottle found in kitchen stored with other chemicals. Ensure all toxic spray bottles are labeled with the common chemical name. Example: degreaser, sanitizer, window cleaner.
- Knife found stored between hot box unit wall and table. Ensure utensils are not stored in between hard to clean surfaces.
