- 229.167 (e) (2) no soap. Hand washing sink adjacent to 3 compartment ware washing sink did not have soap available to it. Supply every handwashing sink with soap.
- 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. The hand washing sink adjacent to the 3 compartment ware washing sink did not have paper towels available to it. Supply the handwash station with individual disposable towels.
- 229.167 (f) (2)toilet tissue. Employee restroom did not have toilet tissue. Supply each restroom and toilet with toilet tissue.
- The ice maker did not have an adequate air gap between waste line of ice make and pipe that carries waste water into sanitary sewer. Ensure that this air gap is at least twice the diameter of the waste water line exiting from the ice maker.
