- Please ensure that all foods kept cold are maintained at 41F or below. During course of inspection, breaded chicken found on counter at 47F.
- Please ensure that employees are washing hands and changing gloves between tasks which contaminate the hands. During course of inpsection, employees found not cleaning their hands and changing gloves immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food and during food preparation, as often as necessary to remove soil and contamination and to prevent cross contamination when changing tasks.
- Please ensure that mechanical warewashing machine is sanitizing between 50-100 ppm chlorine. During couse of inpsection, sanitizer found to be far below 50 ppm.
