I agree with the sentiments expressed by the customer immediately above. (Maricela Lopez) but I regret to say that I have had a terrible experience with the service at the pharmacy that leaves a very sour taste in my mouth and has me thinking differently about returning to theat pharmacy for anything whatever.
First, I want to say that in my opinion, most of the staff at this branch acts as though they are mightier than anyone who visits that pharmacy. They act very high handed and talk down to you as if you should not be there or have come there to be a bother to them.
On September 2nd at about 2.30 PM, I visited , for the fourth time in regard to a prescription for a simple meter which was to be paid by Medicare. I was informed after a long wait that I will have to take the form back to the Doctor and have something or other included on it. This was after I had done this on 3 previous occasions at their request. I then requested my prescription returned to me for filling elsewhere..
On the same afternoon , I went to CVS and in less than Ten minutes I had my glucose meter and strips without any hesitation on the part of the associates there.
I particularly asked if there was need for any other documents and was informed that all was well with my script from the doctor.
You know to which pharmacy I will now have my medications supplied.
