Ensure to properly wash hands after any activity that contaminates hands including handling trash. Employee dumped a beverage in handsink. Do not use handsink for any task except handwashing. Bottles of bleach/other general cleaners stored around container holding cooked eggs and container of soap not labeled. Keep all toxic chemicals away from food and other items needing protection and ensure all toxic chemicals are labeled. No certified food manager on duty.
