    *Observed a bin of sliced tomatoes within the prep table with a temperature of 50F degrees. The tomatoes were observed sliced by an employee during the inspection. Ensure sliced/rendered tomatoes are held below 41F or above 135F degrees.

    Observed an employee using the automatic dishwasher, while the equipment was lacking any sanitizer. The employee was instructed to replace the sanitizer bin. Corrected on site.

    Ensure employees monitor sanitizer supply for the automatic dishwasher.
