Found cheese brats, pork chops in the bottom of the small grill prep cooler at 45°F. No temperature charts were available. Manager discarded food and adjusted the cooler temperature to a lower setting. Food in the top of this unit was 38F. Do not use the bottom of this unit until food can be maintained at 41F or below. Contact Kim at TCHD for a reinspection when fixed.
Provide a self-closing devise in the rest room door.
