Observed the bottom of the cabinets in the dining area broken with black build up. Repair.
Observed the juncture between the counter with the hand sink and the wall in the dining area coming apart. Repair/reseal. Per manager, he is considering replacing the entire counter unit.
There is no certified food manager at the facility. Per manager, he plans on taking food manager class in March at TCHD. Facility has 3 months from today to get a certified Food Service and Sanitation Manager.

The person in charge stated that he took food handler course about 6 years ago and did not have any documentation of taking the class available during the inspection. I suggest keeping a document of employees that handle food, the date they were hired, and when they completed the food handlers course. All employees that handle food should take the course within 30 days of hire.

Observed holes in the floor in the dish area. Repair the floors.
Observed chipping paint on the ceiling above the reach in freezer/cooler. Observed a hole in the wall in back area with pipes exposed. Repaint and repair walls and ceilings.
The counter in the dining area's seal is chipped and broken away. Reseal counter to the wall.
