There was cardboard used in the walk in cooler on the shelves. Explained that cardboard isn't easily cleanable and hinders air flow. Food damaged/missing floor tiles in the storage room. There was a dead cricket in the storage room. Per owner the facility gets treated by a licensed pest company.
