- Observed 3 large cans of mushrooms dented along the seam. The cans were separated from other cans during the inspection.

- Observed shelves in the walk in cooler to be rusty. Repair/replace.
- Observed 2 chlorine sanitizer buckets at 0-10 ppm. A food handler discarded the sanitizer and provided new ones at approximately 100 ppm.
- Observed the microwave to have food build up in it. Clean and maintain routine cleaning.
- Observed the handles on the reach in cooler by the pizza oven and the hand sink in the kitchen to have debris build up. Clean and maintain routine cleaning.
- Observed the floor around soda dispensing boxes with debris build up. Clean and maintain routine cleaning.
- Observed extraneous items in the back kitchen area.

- Clean and sanitize the following items; blue rack stored in back hall shelving holding plastic bottles, top of pizza oven, metal shelving in walk in cooler and various rarely used items in the kitchen that have accumulated dust.
- Observed plastic containers stacked in kitchen that had not been fully dried. Air dry washed items prior to stacking.
- Floor in back hall was sticky and dirt/ food debris had built up on it. Clean floor. Observed damaged floor tiles around the oven that had collected food debris/ dust.
- Observed various stained ceiling tiles throughout the kitchen as well as dirty vents. Replace tiles and clean vents.
- The walk in freezer in the back of the kitchen does not have efficient lighting. Install extra light so the far shelving can be easily visible.
