- Found milk in the small cooler next to the cookies by the front door at 49F. It was discarded by manager. Do not use this unit until it can maintain food at 41F or below. Contact Kim at TCHD 309-925-5511 ext. 301 for a re-inspection when it has been repaired.
- Found crackers, soup, chips, salsa, mac n cheese, cans of gravy, tuna, cake mixes, cereal, and other foods stored in boxes directly on the floor in aisles throughout the store. Store food at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Found oranges, honey, peanuts, and salsa stored in bare wood crates in the produce area. Also, found food stored on bare wood pallets throughout the store.
- The following areas had a build up of debris: the cottage cheese cooler, the tea/juice cooler, and the shelves in the bottled soda cooler. Clean and sanitize these areas.
- The drain for the sanitize compartment of the 3-compartment sink in the produce room will not stay closed for doing dishes. Repair it. Repair or replace the leaky faucet at the meat cutting area.
- There were no paper towels at the meat room hand sink.
- The garage type doors in the loading areas had large gaps under them through which daylight could be seen. Repair or replace the door sweeps so they seal to the outside. Contact Kim at TCHD for a reinspection when fixed.
- Food damaged floor tiles in the grocery aisle floors and large holes in the meat room floor and damaged base coving in the meat room. Repair the floors.
- Found holes in the wall outside the break room, unfinished dry wall with holes in it in the back storage area, chipping walls in the meat cutting room, and a large hole in the ice cream walk in freezer with the insulation showing. Repair these walls.
