Upon thermometer calibration thermometer read approximately 20 degrees. The thermometer was calibrated in cold water until read 32 degrees. Observed water accumulation at the bottom of the milk cooler and a strange odor. Wash, rinse, and sanitize. The racks for clean dishes next to the 3 compartment sink is rusting. Found a half gallon container of cooked and cooled sloppy joe delivered onsite at 53F. No documentation was provided with food. Manager discarded product voluntarily. See comments below. Metal stem thermometer tested in ice bath read 24F. Manager corrected to 32F. Observed rust on the metal racks in the storage room. Replace or repair.
