Observed cracked floor tiles in front of the ice machine and walk in cooler. Repair or replace. Observed untreated wooden plank in the bar used to level the floor. Untreated wood is not easily cleanable. Seal.
Observed two chemical bottles that were not labeled. All chemicals must be labeled. These two bottles were labeled by the owner at the time of this inspection.
Observed pesticide stored next to cleaning chemicals. These must be stored physically separate. The pesticide was discarded by the owner at the time of this inspection.
Facility is not in compliance with the food handler requirements. All bar staff must receive the food handler requirement by 9/20/15.
