I ordered tonight and remembering I had a credit from a previous order where my pizza was delivered crushed was told no credit was noted on my account. Now I'm not looking for anything free but still was told my order could be replace that night or get a credit towards a future order which was the option I chose because it was already so late. I'm very disappointed the staff didn't think the delivery of a crushed pizza where I had to scrap the cheese off the top of the box was noteable or important. As a consumer that is disheartening to say the least and then to be told basically (to bad so sad) just made it completely offensive. They have been going down hill for awhile and I normally don't make a fuss but this is not okay. If you tell a customer you will credit the account it should done. Dissatisfied in their customer service at the Locust Grove Va store.
