Visited facility in response to customer complaint that on 11/19/06 about 6:00 p.m. customer found a small roach in margarita. Checked area around ice maker, drink storage and ice bin in bar. Observed 2 dead roaches behind drink case and 2 dead roaches in empty ice bin. Correct by cleaning and sanitizing ice bin (daily). Clean area behind ice bin, soda machine and drink box. Continue pest control measures. No live insects were observed.
