Investigation of complaint alleging that on 4/23/06 observed female employee handling brownie with bare hands, wiped hands on jeans, took money, then finished preparing sundae; complainant asked about glvoes and was told they don't use them. During inspection spoke with owner who was aware of situation. Explained they do not use gloves, they wash hands frequently. Advised must use gloves for handling foods.
