Spoke with manager about complaint.
Discussed Breathe Easy handout with manager.
- Drainboards
Observation: The drainboards/utensil racks/storage tables located are not large enough to accommodate all soiled items. Dirty equipment stored at adjacent handsink.
Correction: Provide a cart / rack /table / shelving so that all soiled utensils and equipment can be properly stored as they accumulate during operation.

Observation: Absence of no-smoking or international no-smoking signs in non-smoking area.
Correction: Post of no-smoking or international no-smoking signs in non-smoking area.
- Handwashing - Using a Handwashing Lavatory (corrected on site)
Observation: The handwashing sink next to the 3-vat sink was blocked, preventing access by employees for easy handwashing.
Correction: Provide access to the handwashing sink during all hours of operation. Remove the trays and food equipment preventing its use.
- Hand Drying Provision (corrected on site)
Observation: No disposable towels were provided at the hand washing sink next to the 3-vat sink.
Correction: Provide paper towels at all hand washing sinks to encourage proper hand washing.
- Physical Facilities in Good Repair
Observation: Wall in mop sink closet in dining room not in good repair
