Please note that Permits Depict Maximum allowable seating capacity when issued - Permit will be issued for a 34 seat Restaurant once the above items have been addressed and a final pre-opening inspection performed and facility approved for operation.

Note: Facility Permit Has Expired - Discussed with Owner Mr. Dean Sumner - Mr. Sumner states re-modeling facility and will submit new application and fee when ready to resume operations - closing facility down in meantime. Mr. Sumner plans to downsize facility to sandwiches and Hot Dogs and re-locate Sandwich Prep. area. Facility had been operating past two months approximately 2 days per week, but as stated above, is now closed.
