Note: Mr. Sam Neff had requested permittee make some modifications to potable water supply line as follows prior to entry into Hot Water Heater/Building: Cut Off Valve and a Back Flow Prevention Device - These items are still pending. Note: Facility Installed a Moyer Diebel under the counter High Heat Disinfecting Hot Water Heater during the Month of June 2006 of last year. Facility may need ventilation for steam - please check unit O&M manual installation instructions and or local building official for guidance. Note: Facility Has Food thermometers and Sanitizer Test Kit on site. Note: Toilets are of water saving type. / 1.6 gallons/flush.
