Comments:
Visited facility in response to customer complaint alleging that found a nail in food that was taken home on 2/11/06. During inspection checked table where food was prepared, walk in refrig, cook line in rear, 3 compartment sink area and ceiling in kitchen and equipment used by cook. No nails observed. No evidence of nails used in repairing of facility. Observed some maintenance items stored over flour bins (caulking gun, etc). Move these items. No small items like nails or screws were observed. Unable to validate complaint.
