Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41F (45F) or below.
Comments:
This is a follow-up inspection to check temperatures in 3 refrigerators at cookline. Complete inspection was not conducted. Operator gave me copy of service report. Repair service rep was here from 8:15 to 10:15 a.m. to service these units. At time of health dept inspection, food was not holding at safe temperatures at 11:00 a.m. in breakfast Beverage Air refrigerator. At 12:45 pm. another check was made of these units, and while the prep table and dinner Beverage Air were at safe temperatures, the breakfast Beverage Air was not. Operator discarded potentially hazardous foods from this unit. Advised to monitor temps in this unit and he will call service rep back if necessary. Operator said that he will not use refrigerator if not maintaining safe temperatures.
