  • CLEAN ITEMS AT THREE COMPARTMENT SINK ARE ON A TOWEL. DO NOT STORE CLEAN ITEMS ON AN ABSORBENT SURFACE.
  • OBSERVED EMPLOYEE RINSING OFF PIZZA CUTTER AT 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND PLACING WITH CLEAN UTENSILS. PROPERLY WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE UTENSILS.
  • THE AMBASSADOR MICROWAVE IS HOUSEHOLD EQUIPMENT AND NOT APPROVED. PROVIDE NSF APPROVED MICROWAVE.
  • THE CONCENTRATION OF THE CHLORINE SANITIZER IN THE SPRAY BOTTLE IS ABOVE 200PPM. MAINTAIN CONCENTRATION OF SANITIZER BETWEEN 50-200PPM. CONCENTRATION CORRECTED TO 200PPM DURING INSPECTION.
  • THE TRAYS ON THE PIZZA OVENS ARE DIRTY. CLEAN AND MAINTAIN PIZZA OVENS.
