  • CLEAN AND MAINTAIN UPPER LEVEL BAR DISPENSER HOLDERS. HOLDERS VERY DIRTY DURING INSPECTION.
  • OBSERVED CLEAN UTENSILS/CONTAINERS IN CONTACT WITH DIRTY TUB NEAR DISHWASHING AREA. AS DISCUSSED, THESE ITEMS MUST GO THROUGH DISH MACHINE.
  • OBSERVED FOOD EMPLOYEE RINSE HANDS WITHIN THREE COMPARTMENT SINK IN LOWER LEVEL BAR AREA. EMPLOYEE WASHED HANDS AT DESIGNATED HAND SINK AFTER DISCUSSION.
  • PROVIDE APPROVED WALL FINISH AROUND DISH MACHINE WASTE LINE. THIS AREA HAS BEEN CUT AND IS NOT FINISHED.
  • PROVIDE CEILING PANELS WHERE MISSING ABOVE KITCHEN AREA ICE MACHINE.
  • PROVIDE COVED TILE WHERE MISSING WITHIN LOWER LEVEL WALK IN BEER COOLER.
  • PROVIDE NSF APPROVED WATER DISPENSERS ON COURSE. AS DISCUSSED, EXISTING IGLOO WATER COOLERS ARE NOT NSF APPROVED. SEE ENCLOSED FACT SHEET.
  • PROVIDE SUITABLE COVERS OVER SELF SERVE CONDIMENT STATION IN LOWER LEVEL BAR AREA.
  • REMOVE DAMAGED/MOLDY SEAL BEHIND DIRTY SIDE OF DISH MACHINE, CLEAN/SANITIZE, AND PROVIDE NEW SILICONE SEAL.
  • REPLACE CRACKED/DAMAGED LIGHT SHIELD IN KITCHEN AREA DRY STORAGE ROOM.
  • REPLACE WORN CUTTING BOARDS WITHIN KITCHEN AREA. OBSERVED WORN CUTTING BOARD ON COOK LINE.
