  • COMPLETE THE MDH CERTIFICATION BY SENDING IN THE APPLICATION, WITH THE COMPLETED TRAINING CERTIFICATION. POST A COPY OF THE CERTIFICATE IN PUBLIC VIEW WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT.
  • FLOOR NEEDS CLEANING UNDER COUNTERS IN FRONT AREA.
  • PANS USED FOR STORING CLEAN LIDS AND UTENSILS NEEDED CLEANING.
