Serving egg rolls / spring rolls - prepped at licensed establishment in Appleton (copy of license available) and on site in screened in tent.
Recommend using "squirt" type of bottle for sauces - chili and peanut.
More ice for coolers, extra layer and spread it around. Thermometer avaialble.
Egg roll - 180f, recently rolled spring rolls - 51f (more ice used, temp going down)
Handwash and gloves available
