Violation 47 A**: 4-601.11 Equipment, Nonfood-Contact Surfaces
Spilled food debris is present on the bottom shelf in the condiment refrigerator.
(C) NonFOOD-CONTACT SURFACES of EQUIPMENT shall be kept free of an accumulation of
dust, dirt, FOOD residue, and other debris.
Violation 34 C: 4-204.112 Temperature Measuring Devices.
A thermometer in the chicken strips holding cabinet does not work.
(A) In a mechanically refrigerated or hot FOOD storage unit, the sensor of a TEMPERATURE
MEASURING DEVICE shall be located to measure the air temperature or a simulated product
temperature in the warmest part of a mechanically refrigerated unit and in the coolest part
of a hot FOOD storage unit.
(B) Except as specified in ¶ (C), cold or hot holding EQUIPMENT used for POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD shall be designed to include and shall be
equipped with at least one integral or permanently affixed TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE that is located to allow easy viewing of the device’s
temperature display.
(C) Paragraph (B) does not apply to EQUIPMENT for which the placement of a TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE is not a practical means for measuring
the ambient air surrounding the FOOD because of the design, type, and use of the EQUIPMENT, such as calrod units, heat lamps, cold plates,
bainmaries, steam tables, insulated FOOD transport containers, and salad bars.
(D) TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICES shall be designed to be easily readable.
(E) FOOD TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICES and water TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICES on WAREWASHING machines shall have a numerical scale, printed
record, or digital readout in increments no greater than 1 degree C or 2 degrees F in the intended range of use.

Came in here on thursday nite..at 950 and just wanted to get GAS . BECAUSE its THE winter and u should keep a half a tank..Of course my fuel level was broke and I paid for 20.00 worth of gas but didnt take..The pump onky took 15.59 ..So its below 0..3 clerks are standi g there talking never addressing me ..No I wasn't rude but Yes Im Black!
CATCH MY DRIFT..One clerk who was very old and act immature And SEEMS like she drink alot and smoke alot on the JOB!!BUT ANYWAY she took care of my order so I asked her if she could help me never turned around once..
so I asked tg we older guy who's always nice about the 3dollars and some cent that I didn't use, he looked at the old lady with salt and pepper gray hair and told me "I HAVENT ANY ACTIVITY ON PUMP 11 SINCE 9 OCLOCK".What characters..Im on a saving spree with my husband and I get 300 on a prepaid card..I had my receipt and online access..I make 18.00 an hour told that clerk to keep it..I dont want to be late for work for 3 dollars but I wonder if I was white would I have gotten the same trament..I will never find out..Because when I got to work and told my coworkers whom are all different ethnic groups, they said the wouldn't shop there either.So my job posted dont shop at quik trip..And beleve me we spend thousands a week..Kwik trip owner MR Z Look until your employees I wonder how much more money they are costing your company??????
