This is a consult to possibly move the base to a new facility. Facility is Stone Bank Cold Storage LLC.
The area that would be used would need to meet the Wisconsin Food code requirements.
- Minimum 3 compartment sink + separate hand wash sink + separate food preparation sink.
- Floors, walls, and ceiling need to be smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable.
- Hand wash sinks need to be non hand operated and the food prep sinks need to be air gapped.
- Doorways must close tightly to prevent rodents and insects from entering.
- Facility would need to be cleaned.
- Holes and wall areas that are in ill repair would need to be repaired.
Also, license does not transfer. Fees would need to be paid again.
