This establishment has been closed since September of 2008 due to a fire. Paul Davis did the restoration and remodling work. Plans were submitted and are in the office. Low temperature dish machine 100ppm chlorine sanitizer + 4-compartment sink + 4-compartment food prep sink (air gapped) + mop/utility sink. Bar area: hand wash sink, all dishware to go through dishmachine in kitchen area. Downstairs area is now storage, no coolers/freezers, bar or dance hall. Temperatures recorded during inspection: Grill line coolers: 36f, 41f 2-door freezer: 16f Walk-in cooler: 50f ** Walk-in freezer: (-)4f * Hand wash sink was moved to a new more accessible location. If hand washing becomes an issue, will require an additional sink to be installed (plumbing already there). * Planning on opening to the public in a week. - Fire and building inspectors still need to give final approval. ** Walk-in cooler temperature was at 50f. Walk-in cooler needs to operate at 41f or below. ** Walk-in freezer has peeling paint. It was just redone, however the paint is already peeling. Repair man called to fix the issue. * Self closing fixture needs to be installed on restroom (employee). -Check #2209 in the amount of $735.00 paid for license and pre-license fees. *** This is not a license. I will return Wednesday at 8:00am to follow up on cooler temperature and freezer (paint). No food preparation is allowed, nor can the establishment open to the public.
