• Glass-door condiment cooler shelves noted with peeling coating and rust – replace shelves or have coating re-done.

(D) EQUIPMENT shall be used and operated in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions
and as listed and tested unless APPROVED by the REGULATORY AUTHORITY.
