• At start of inspection handwash sinks in prep area and cook area are blocked with dirty utensils. Sinks must remain open at all times to
allow for convenient hand washing. Corrected at time of inspection.
A handsink shall be located:
(A) To allow convenient use by FOOD EMPLOYEES in FOOD PREPARATION, FOOD dispensing, and WAREWASHING areas; and
(B) In, or immediately adjacent to, toilet rooms.

08B) Handwash sinks no longer blocked with dirty utensils, however, cooking oil is blocking back handwash sink - moved @ time of follow-up.
14F) Ice machine and chicken press have been cleaned.
