    Ceilings, wall and floor coverings must be constructed from materials that are durable, smooth and easily cleanable. Observed textured tiles lining the ceiling, some have visible water damage. Area underneath the bar is not covered and is exposing the wires that should be enclosed behind a wall. There are uneven areas on the floor at the bar and there is no coving at the floor-wall juncture to make for a smooth surface. Replace ceiling tiles with a material that is smooth and easily cleanable, install panels to enclose the back of the bar, and repair floors.
