Observed frozen raw chicken, frozen raw beef, and frozen raw cod that was stored above commercially packaged frozen potatoes in the standing reach-in freezer. Since the raw chicken, raw beef, and raw cod were prepared in the food establishment it is not commercially sealed and could potentially cross contaminate the raw potatoes. Store all frozen raw chicken, raw beef, and raw cod below commercially packaged frozen potatoes., Corrected: The PIC reorganized the freezer during the routine inspection. Commercially packaged frozen potatoes are now being stored on the top shelf of the standing reach-in freezer. Frozen raw cod is now stored on the shelf below the frozen potatoes. Frozen raw beef is now stored on the shelf below the raw cod. Frozen raw chicken is now being stored on the shelf below the frozen raw beef.

Hand washing sinks can not be blocked, can not be used for storage, and must be accessible at all times for employee use. Hand washing sinks shall be used only for hand washing and can not be used for storage. , Corrected: The PIC moved the garbage can under the 3-compartment sink. The hand washing sink near the 3-compartment sink is now not blocked and is easily accessible to all employees. A food employee moved the colander from the hand washing sink at the bar. The hand washing sink at the bar is now not being used for storage and is easily accessible.
