Observed various pieces of coffee cake that the PIC indicated were prepared in a private home. Food must be prepared at the food establishment. Discontinue the preparation of food for the food establishment that is offered for human consumption at a private home. Discard all food that is prepared in a private home. , CORRECTED: PIC discarded the various coffee cakes. It should be noted that the Owner is looking for a licensed facility or authorized food provider to prepare/provide the coffee cakes.
