- Observed at time of inspection dishwasher was providing less then 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution. Chlorine solution was switched at time of inspection but machine was still not registering 50-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution. Observed a leak coming out of check valve on chlorine sanitizer line this may be preventing the machine from receiving sanitizer at the correct concentration. Correct by repair/replacing dishwasher so it is providing 50-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution. This is the second follow up an office consultation may occur. There is a $200 administration fee associated with the office consultation and additional fees if additional follow ups. You will be notified if an office consultation will occur.,
