Correct by providing discloser statement to the menus or switch to the "ask your server". Also on consumer advisory the reminder statement can not be in a smaller font then the description of the food. Correct by increasing font size of consumer advisory statement so it is the same size as the description of the food. On the dinner menu the asterisk linking menu items that can be ordered raw or under cooked is attached first attached to a notice that menu items that may contain tree nuts in the same paragraph as consumer advisory.
