To prevent the health hazards like back siphonage or cross contamination provide air gap that is about 2 times the dia meter of the pipe between the bottom of the spray nozzle and to the top of the sink wall. At the time of inspection the violation was corrected by providing air gap by raising the height of the spray nozzle and by tying it up to the wall.
