Observation: The top of the dish machine is soiled with food debris. The floors and walls surrounding the dish machine are soiled and in need of cleaning. The floors under the equiptment in the kitchen are soiled with black build up. The shelving in the walk-in and the floor under the shelving is soiled with food debris.
