Observation: The upstairs warewashing machine was providing sanitizer at a concentration of 0 ppm. It was observed that the bottle of sanitizer was empty.
Correction: Replace the empty bottle of sanitizer. Note: The concentration of sanitizer was corrected to 100 ppm during this inspection.
