Observation: Turbo Air cooler is not maintained in good repair it is excessively frosted and not maintaining proper cold holding temperatures.
Correction: Repair equipment to good condition or remove from premise. Cooler was unplugged to be defrosted. DO NOT PUT MILK OR BUTTER IN THE COOLER UNTIL IT HAS REACHED 41 DEGREES OR LESS.
- NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN
Observation: Non-food contact surfaces of the cabinet doors and the interiors of the drawers are soiled with sticky food residues.
Correction: Clean and remove dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris from all non-food contact surfaces of equipment.
