Correction: Reorganize storage so that ready-to-eat foods or raw pancake batter are stored above raw animal food and raw vegetables. Discard ready-to-eat foods that show evidence of contamination.
WHERE TO WASH - UNAPPROVED SINK Observation: Food employee observed washing hands in food prep sink. Employee indicated that food and handwashing occur at the same sink. Since there is diverter valve, faucet, and paper towels at the dishmachine if hand soap is added this can be used as employee hand wash sink between dirty and clean end of dish machine. The hand washing sign must be relocated by the dish machine.

PREVENTING CONTAMINATION FROM HANDS - BARE HAND CONTACT PLAN Observation: Bare hand contact plan is not being followed and it was unavailabe for review. Employees were found to be using hand sanitizer or wiping their hands with paper towels intead of going to employee hand wash sink to wash their hands.
Correction: Approval from the regulatory authority shall be obtained prior to implemeting a bare hand contact plan and once approved the plan shall be implemented and followed by management and employees. Correct By: 03-Jul-2014
