    Observation: Raw chicken and raw shrimp are stored in same container or stacked atop one another in same container in the walk-in cooler. Violation corrected during inspection.
    Correction: Prevent nesting of raw animal foods and store raw animal foods in order of decending hazard to prevent cross contamination. Separate raw animal food species from one another except when combined as ingredients.
  • Critical: REHEATING FOR HOT HOLDING (corrected on site)
    Observation: Pork fried rice (153 F) and Sweet & Sour chicken (138 F) were not reheated to the required 165 F. Violation was corrected by reheating further until an internal temperature of 165 F was achieved.

    Observation: The shut-off valve under the dish machine is leaking. The owner shut off the water since that part of the plumbing is no longer needed.
    Correction: Repair the plumbing system to conform to the State Uniform Plumbing Code.

    Observation: The wall under the 3-comparment sink is in disrepair.
