Observation: -Tamales from the freezer were not dated with the date pulled from the freezer. Re-date frozen items to enusure foods are not kept longer than 7 days.
-Crab cakes dated 1/4/15 observed on 1/14/15. To be discraded today.
Correction: Adjust method or procedures so that all ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods (time/temperature control for safety food), if required, are provided with date marking or an effective method of identifying when a food item has exceeded 7-days.
