Observation: A quat test kit is not available for checking sanitizer concentrations in spray bottle.
Correction: Gave quat test kit to PIC for measuring the concentration of sanitizing solutions.
- HANDWASHING FACILITIES - LOCATION AND PLACEMENT (repeated violation)
Observation: Handwashing sink is not available behind bar any longer. The 4 compartment sink was replaced with 3 compartment sink and a dishwasher was added (but now removed-not working and has been removed)
Correction: Add handwashing sink to bar area to facilitate handwashing by food employees. Correct By: 26-Dec-2014
