Observation: The dishmachine at bar is not providing 50 - 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer in final rinse cycle. (3 attempts were made).
Correction: Repair unit to provide 50 - 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer in final rinse cycle. Note sanitizer container was empty, and changed out. Machine was then achieving 100 ppm in final cycle. Correct By: 24-Jun-2015
