    Observation: There is no Wisconsin Certified Food Manager for this establishment. Manager and Kitchen Manager current with ServSafe, state certification needed.
    Correction: Provide a Wisconsin Certified Food Manager and post the state certificate in the food establishment within 90 days.
  • EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS - NONFOOD CONTACT SURFACES - DESIGNED
    Observation: The set-in ice bin/soda unit in server area has ledge that is elevated from counter. Repair to provide a surface that is sealed to prevent accumulation of liquid waste.
    Correction: Provide equipment that is designed and constructed to be easily cleanable and free from unnecessary ledges, projections and crevices.

    Observation: A leak is present at the faucet fixture at the utility sink.
    Correction: The plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair. Repair or replace defective or leaking plumbing.

    Observation: The floor grout in the kitchen and server area is worn in areas.
    Correction: Maintain the physical facilities so they are in good repair at all times. Repair or replace worn/missing grout.

    Observation: The floor in the bar and floor drains have debris accumulating along floor/wall juncture.
