NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN (repeated violation) Observation: Shelving adjacent to dishwasher continues to be used for temporary storage of dirty equipment and utensils before they are washed. Food debris falls from these upper shelves and accumulates on the miscellaneous boxes and containers underneath.
Correction: Discard the soild cardboard boxes and clean the plastic containers as discussed. This was also an issue noted on the last routine inspection and shall be addressed by the next routine inspection.

NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN Observation: Miscellaneous packages stored on bottom shelf adjacent to the dishwasher are excessively soiled with food debris from the use of the upper shelves for storage of soiled equipment and utensils needing to be washed.
Correction: Discontinue storing dirty equipment/utensils on these shelves in this manner. A better system shall be used to prevent the contamination of these non-food contact surfaces. Several solution options were discussed with Derek.
