    Observation: The 4 compartment sink is not cleaned at a frequency that prevents recontamination.
    Correction: Clean the compartments of warewashing sinks at a frequency necessary to prevent recontamination of equipment and utensils.
  • FLOORS, WALLS AND CEILINGS - CLEANABILITY
    Observation: Tiles surrounding the 4 compartment sink are separating from the wall, the caulking is dirty and in poor condition.
    Correction: Provide floors, walls, and ceilings that are designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.
